Chipotle Hotsauce

Mexican food is world famous. Its most famous hot sauce is without a doubt chipotle hot sauce.
Chipotles are dried and smoked red jalapeño peppers, a very popular ingredient in Mexican hot sauce. Mexican hot sauce typically focuses more on flavor than on intense heat. The sauces are hot, but the individual flavors of the peppers are pronounced. Vinegar is used sparingly or not at all.
