Jolokia Mustard Sauce

This blend made from hot Jolokia peppers, mustard, onion, garlic and a blend of spice is amazing! This sauce has a nice, slow burn that adds a delicious touch of heat. Graded 33.000 Scoville this is a quite hot table sauce, excellent for marinades, dipps and dressings.
