Jolokia XX Hotsauce Mini

The Naga Jolokia is was confirmed by Guinness World Records to be the hottest chili in the world, replacing the Red Savina. This “King of all Chillies” is similar in appearance to the Habanero pepper, but has a rougher, and irregular shaped skin.
The climate in which the peppers are grown is known to have a dramatic effect on the heat level of the peppers. Our privileged all year round high altitude tropical climate in Costa Rica has proven to be the ideal conditions to grow this chili.
This crushed Jolokia sauce with fresh Naga Jolokia peppers is not provided for the faint of heart !!
