I was really surprised by this sauce. First the heat, I was expecting it to be really hot. It is, but I can take it with no big problem. But what surprised me most was the flavour. This sauce has rather sweet taste with a lot of flavour from spices, especially clove. You can enjoy this flavour a lot before great heat strucks you. Extract used is great quality and is not so bitter as You may be used to. So I can only recommend this sauce, if You like it HOT :-)..Rating: [of 5 Stars]
