On this one our mix-master Tom Nuijens proclaimed “As pineapple & guava are favored fruits in Latin America & the Caribbean, adding a touch of sweet, tropical excitement to a variety of dishes & drinks down there, why not utilize (exploit) the tasty things for our next sauce?” It’s perfectly suited to baste, glaze and marinade with. As well as table use on any dishes where you’d desire a bit of fruity, sweet heat.
